All refunds are done in line with your statutory rights and the Terms and Conditions that you will have accepted as part of the sign up procedure.
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us in writing, email or via telephone.
You may cancel your account within the first 14 days after you have completed the sign up procedure and you will be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees that may have been charged.
I would like to cancel my account. How do I do this?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be received within 5-7 working days of being processed by us.
