These are the Terms and Conditions for PointSocial.co.uk. By enrolling and using PointSocial.co.uk services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2.1 The PointSocial.co.uk service is described on the website including WEB AGENT (internet surveillance), social network monitoring. You agree that you will use the services to protect against or prevent actual fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims or liabilities.
2.2 THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. PointSocial.co.uk AND ITS DATA PROVIDERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE AND DISCLAIM ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT THERETO. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, PointSocial.co.uk AND ITS DATA PROVIDERS DO NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE SERVICES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY USE OF THE SERVICES OR THE DATA THEREIN.
2.3 When you subscribe to a service from us, a legaly binding contract is formed between you and us when either:

While enrolling for the services, we will ask you for the following types of information: contact information (such as name, address, phone number, and e-mail address); sensitive information (such as date of birth, driver’s license number, and National ID Number); personal information to verify your identity and financial information (such as credit card number). This information is required in order to verify your identity, charge you the agreed upon fees for our services, and to fulfill our obligation to provide our services to you, include communicating with third parties as necessary to provide such services, such as identification verification companies, payment validation companies, law enforcement agencies, or others.
Monthly Subscription Plan
4.1 The cost of the subscription is £32.50 and will be charged immediately in accordance upon completion and submission of the application. The monthly fee of £32.50 will commence 30 days after the submission of the Initial Charge and will continue each month thereafter unless you cancel the subscription in line with section 5 below. The subscription fee must be paid with a valid credit card or debit card. By submitting and giving us your payment information you agree that we have continuing authority to take subscription payments from your payment card account until you or we end the Services. We may stop providing the Services without notice to you if at any time we are unable to obtain payment using the details you provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that all payment information you provide is correct, valid, and complete. We are not responsible for supplying Services if the information you submit is incorrect or incomplete. We are not responsible for any overdraft or “over the limit” charges or bank fees if your payment card account or facility contains insufficient credit or funds when we take payment for the Services.
4.2 You hereby agree to buying PointSocial.co.uk for £32.50, which includes activation and will continue monthly subscription at the total fixed price of £32.50 monthly on or immediately after 14th day of the month thereafter until cancelled.
4.3 Initial Charge: We will debit £1.00 from your card for identity verification and administration purposes.
4.4 If your monthly subscription charge of £32.50 is unsuccessful, we will debit £1.00 from your account in order to validate your card details and cover the costs of the administration. If both of these attempts fail we will continue to attempt to collect the monthly subscription fee of £32.50 at regular intervals until successful. Should the £1.00 validation payment be successful, we will continue to attempt to collect the remainder of the subscription fee of £32.50 at regular intervals until achieved.
You may cancel the services within 14 days from the date that you sign up to our services and be entittled to a full refund of any charges for our services.
You may cancel our service at any time after the 14 day cooling off period and you will continue to have access to your account for 30 days after cancellation.

When will I receive my refund?
A refund, will be credited within 5-7 working days.
In your notice of cancellation, provide and state:
That you wish to cancel the Service provided by PointSocial.co.uk; Your full name, your PointSocial.co.uk subscription number and your email address you are currently receiving emails. Once we have received this information we will cancel your subscription within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of notice of termination.
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, software and other matters related to the Web Site, the Service and/or My Account are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including, without limitation, intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution and/or publication by the Cardholder of any part of the Web Site, the Service and/or My Account are strictly prohibited. I do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document, software, service or other materials viewed at or through the Web site, the Service and/or Your Account. The posting of information or material at the Web site and Service by the Company does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and/or materials.
These provisions should be read carefully as they exclude or limit our legal liability in connection with your use of our Site. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability that is not permissible under applicable law, including without limitation, for death or personal injury, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. These Terms do not apply to or affect our liability to you in respect of any product or service you may obtain from us using our Site and our liability to you in respect of such product or service is governed by the relevant set of terms and conditions applicable to such product or service. Whilst we have taken reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information contained in our Site we accept no responsibility for your use of or inability to use or the results of your use of our Site nor for any errors or omissions contained in our Site nor if our Site is unavailable for any time or any period. We provide the Site "as is". The use of our Site and the materials contained in it are entirely at your own risk. We shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect: financial losses (including without limitation loss of income, revenues, data, profits, contracts, use, opportunity, business or anticipated savings);
loss of goodwill or reputation; any loss or damage we could not reasonably have expected to foresee or reasonably have expected to occur, which you may suffer and which arises out of or in connection with any errors or omissions contained in our Site or your use of or access to our Site or your inability to use or the results of your use of our Site. We shall not be responsible for the accuracy, functionality or performance of any third party software that may be used in connection with our Site.
